Reservations, Please: Which LA Spots Need Crowd Control?

Manhattan Beach had a relatively novel solution to the ever-increasing popularity of their Sand Dune Park--require reservations at a nominal price (a buck). Yesterday's Daily Breeze reported that the system, launched in August, has been a success because it's cut down traffic and litter in the surrounding neighborhoods (try not to love this quote from a resident: "The new system is very acceptable. People are still throwing dirty socks in my flower bed, but not as many.") But some say the system is restrictive and cuts down the spontaneity of visiting the park/beach. Ethical quandary aside, LA has numerous places where reservations should be required--but which one most needs an intervention?
