There is a weird amount of Buff & Hensman action going on today. Following the Pasadena townhome from this morning, let's return to this three bedroom, three bathroom in the Hollywood Hills. We first saw its 270 degree views and pool in 2006, when it was asking $2.495 million and sold for $2.1 million. So we were a little surprised to see it again in 2010, listed for $2.495 million, as if to say, "Bubble?" Pop! It's now been pricechopped twice, down to $1.985 million.
