Los Angeles Business reports on a Harris poll out yesterday: "For the seventh time in a row since 2002 California tops the list of states where the most people would like to live if they did not live in their own states." The majority of 18-45 year olds have been convinced by the likes of Tupac and Phantom Planet, but people over 45 prefer Hawaii. [LAB]
