There are some nice surprises here in this tired-looking house in Westchester--the bay window avec bench in the hallway, the glass doors, the fancy mural in the backyard. Plus the listing says the four bedroom, two bathroom is "Located in the desirable Loyola Village" and has a large (and largely brick) 7,500 square foot lot. The house is bank-owned, according to Redfin, but the last owners also bought the house after a foreclosure, back in 1993. They paid $215,000. The bank is now asking $750,000.
