Every year or so, Esquire magazine takes an on-the-market home and sexes it up with expensive sound systems, outdoor fire puts, and lots of sexy prints. Judging from this year's submission, the money was spent on an over-the-top fountain. The 2010 Esquire House is in the Bird Streets at 9280 Nightingale, and the listing notes there is a "Bar covered with Leather," and "a Sexy Master bedroom." The home is asking $18.9 million, and here's a look at the home pre-magazine make-over-it's looking quite innocent. They've probably thrown out of the kid's stuff by now.
