Regular readers of Curbed may recall seeing this leafy abode when it was featured in July 2009. Back then, the three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath property on Orlando Avenue was priced at $1.495 million, and, according to Redfin, sold for $1.512 a couple months later. Perhaps its buyers have developed an allergy to ivy, as they've just relisted the 1920s home, recycling the photos used in its previous listing (though wisely omitting the one which prominently featured a framed Sex and the City poster). The pictures may not have changed, but the price has: current asking is $1.69 million, or $893 per square foot.
