The long wait for those leggy blonds is over. The girls (and everyone else) can now get a look inside Culver Centrale, Beverly Hills-based developer Runyon Partners' 18-unit condo project at 9900 Culver Blvd, and one of the few new Culver City residential projects for the city. And noted before, SPF:architects designed the building and Hammer & Schmidt Design did the interior work. The building is expected to have its certificate of occupancy--which'll allow move-ins--by mid-February, according to Runyan Partners president Joseph Miller. Additionally, five units are pre-sold, and the residences will hit the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) today. All the sizes and prices are after the jump.
