We're not sure about the color palette (grey and yellow?), but as always these days, it's nice to see something other than an empty and weedy lot. This new six-story structure at Pico and Corning (just west of La Cienega) will have 7,000 square feet of retail (already advertising on Craigslist, but nothing confirmed), 40 luxury apartments above (1, 2, and 3-bedrooms), and three levels of parking below. Yes, there's an asshat, but for now it's hidden by the giant tarp. Opening for business in March, leasing agent Jack Ravan tells us.
