CNN takes a leisurely stroll down Skid Row with "General" Jeff Page, the Skid Row Resident Representative on the Downtown Los Angeles Neighborhood Council. CNN's profile of Page focuses on his community activism, especially the renovation of downtown's Gladys park, done with sponsorship from Nike. Page was elected about two years ago with more than double the votes of any other candidate, making him L.A.'s only homeless public official.
