More pitchforks out in Santa Monica: A Sunset Park neighborhood group is fighting a proposed five-story post-production studio at 2834 Colorado Ave, current site of a "high-vacancy industrial building." Per the Santa Monica Daily Press, here's one opponent, Zina Josephs. "When we see a one-story place being replaced by a five-story, that's not a little bit of development, that's a lot of development," she said. "It just seems out of proportion and it makes our lives harder because we can't get anyplace." Time for start tunneling underground, lady. [SMDP]
