Experts predicted the arrival of CityCenter--and all its hotel rooms-- in Vegas would further drag down hotel room prices, and yup, it's happening. The Las Vegas Sands Corp's Michael Leven, the company's president and chief operating officers said the hotel "recently booked a group of rooms for April at a rate 70 percent below what the buyer would have paid two years ago," according to Reuters.
