Spanish-Style in West Hollywood Takes a Cut

New, 22 comments

While we're not crazy about the furniture, and the owners have committed the cardinal sin of installing a vessel sink (in glass, no less), this is not a bad looking house in West Hollywood. The three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath built in 1926 features dark hardwood floors, granite counter tops, a viking range, subzero fridge, two fireplaces, a two-car detached garage and an open patio in the front. Last sold in 2006 for $1.125 million, the house has been on and off the market for the past two years. In Dec 2009 it went back on the market for $1.499 million. Now it's been reduced by $100,000. New asking price: $1.399 million or $823 per square foot. That's still about $150 more per square foot than neighborhood comps.
