Take in the latest shots of what's known as the La Belle at Hollywood Tower, Phoenix-based developer's Alliance Residential's under-construction apartment building at the corner of Gower St. and Franklin Ave. The site has had various incarnations as a parking lot, Christmas tree lot and mini-dust bowl, but now the 140 plus unit building is nearly done. Alliance also owns the 1929 Hollywood Tower apartment complex (it's visible in one of the photos) next door, and from the looks of things, the owners have decided to continue the design theme with this new building. According to an Alliance leasing rep, hard hat tours will start in February, while residents will be able to move in March. Prices are still being finalized, but it's expected that rents will start at $1,850 for a studio and hit $6,000 for a penthouse.
