PASADENA: Remember how Pasadena officials covered up the Catania condominium, that stalled and half-finished development on St. John Street? So much for prettying up Ms. Catania for the Rose Bowl crowds. Our lady friend--who has a new owner is now in receivership*-has obviously been out late partying, and she's looking a little ragged. Sending in the above photo taken last week, a reader writes: "The brown bag tarps blew off sometime 1/19." This photo is taken from the same angle as the Pasadena-News photo. [Curbed InBox]
