Yet another foreclosure, this time on Crenshaw Blvd, near the 10. While the listing says the three bedroom, two-and-a-half bath house is a "gated 19th Century Craftsman styled residence" the house was constructed in 1922. It features hardwood floors, beamed ceilings, a fireplace, breakfast room and the garage has been converted to a guest studio with a bath. There's also an additional guest house with two bedrooms and a kitchen. The house was foreclosed on in August for $223,089, after a high sales price of $499,500 in 2004. Now the bank has put it on the market for $377,000 or $198 per square foot, about $30 below comps on average.
