Preservationist Michael LaFetra and his wife are still having a hard time selling their 1967 Ray Kappe-designed home in Brentwood. It first hit the market in November 2008 at $4.95 million after a major restoration job. In June of last year it was reduced to $4.495 million. After delisting it in Nov, it's back on the market at $3.795 million (still over $1,000 per square foot - close to double neighborhood comps). The house features five bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a roof deck, and infinity pool. [Redfin]
