In what may be the first sign of the apocalypse, the constantly-rotating popular Happy Foot/Sad Foot sign on Sunset Blvd stopped spinning about two weeks ago, according to Lia Coronado, medical biller in the Sunset Foot Clinic. The repair company doesn't have the necessary foot sign part in stock and must order it, so it could take a while before the sign is rotating again (Coronado said she's never seen the sign break down in the seven years she's worked at Sunset Foot Clinic). Surely this is a bad omen for the city, and we can only hope that more chaos doesn't erupt aka the Venice hobo ballerina climbs down off his perch and goes on a rampage on Abbot Kinney Blvd.
