A recent court decision let Tuscan-themed developer Geoff Palmer off the hook with the city's affordable housing ordinance, which would have required he provide affordable units in his still unbuilt Piero II apartment building. Now the San Francisco Board of Supervisors is working on making sure that city's inclusionary housing ordinance is in line with the court findings, and have already approved a resolution asking the state legislature to amend the law cited in Palmer's victory.
