CurbedWire: Venice Getting Yet Another Marmol Radziner*

New, 10 comments

VENICE: Say what you will about the slowdown of prefab, but as commenters pointed out last week, another Marmol Radziner Prefab home is rising right next that original one on Palms in Venice. The house-- a small blue residence (seen here, below the looming prefab)--sold last year, and was demolished in the last two weeks. According to the Property Shark, the property sold for $1.155 million. Wonder where those owners went. The new Marmol will be a single family resident dwelling with a pool. Todd Jerry, COO, Marmol Radziner Prefab tells us it's pretty much just coincidence the two are next to one another. UPDATE: Confusion reigns. Jerry emails to say that in fact, the house is not a prefab, and will be site-built. Our apologies. Marmol Radziner is both the architect and construction firm on this new project. [Curbed Staff]
