We're not sure why MySpace cofounder Christopher DeWolfe (he's the one who's not Tom) is listing his house in Beverly Hills for $5,250,000 when he bought it for $6 million in 2006, but the listing says it's "waiting to be restored." The five bedroom, five bathroom house was designed by William J. Gage, the Beverly Hills City Hall architect, and built in 1929, and has a pool, octagonal fountain, and stained glass windows. Enjoy these photos, which were not, thankfully, taken from a low angle in a bathroom mirror.
