LAist.com reports the final draft of the Department of Transportation's Master Bike Plan was released yesterday, and points out that meetings are forthcoming. Given all the griping about the last proposal, let's see what the bike contingent says this time. We would imagine reaction will soon be put up on places like BikinginLa and Streetsblog.
