More apartments for Brentwood: This is a new four-story apartment complex rising near the intersection of Montana and San Vicente. According to Planning Department filings, this will be a 62-unit complex, with two levels of subterranean parking. Latest records name Kamran Tabrizi as the architect. Developed by Sherman Oaks-based BW Brody, which put together the Metro Art Apartments in Toluca Lake, the project is walking distance to the Whole Foods. While apartments, let's hope this development is more popular than that other Brentwood complex, the Ventanas condo project on Sunset Boulevard.
