We will readily admit that this ten-bedroom, eleven-bath estate (including a one bedroom guest house and two separate homes) is gorgeous. At least, what we can see of it since most of the photos are exterior shots. The estate consists of a 1929 "authentic Spanish meticulously restored and sensitively updated" on the South end, and "a stunning Mediterranean redefined with a contemporary point of view" to the North. The property also includes a pool, a grassy yard and an outdoor dining area. Last sold in Dec 1999 for $1.825 million, today's asking price is $12.5 million. Yes, that's almost a 700 percent increase. UPDATE: Commenters are pointing out this is actor Ben Stiller's house and that he joined more properties to this one, which would explain the price hike.
