A + D Museum's Ode To Density

Everyone loves to talk about density in urban planning but, gawd, so much of that talk is SO BORING. You know what density really needs? Rhymes. Fortunately, the Architecture + Design Museum has heeded that call. If you missed the museum's summer Urban Hike series, that explored neighborhoods such as Little Tokyo, Leimert Park and MacArthur Park with Mike the PoeT as guide/bard, the museum has posted some highlights. Above, Mike's pean to density, coupled with shots of MacArthur Park. Not bad, but we prefer our urban planning poetry in limerick form. There once was a girl from Garvanza....
