The six bedroom, five and a half bathroom house went on the market in March for $20 million (almost $3,000 per square foot). It has a swimmer's pool, a big patio, and city, canyon, and ocean views. It got a big chop in April, just a month after listing, down $6 million to $14 million (just over $2,000 per square foot). Alas, it's August, and the house is still up for grabs. This place has a motor court for 15 cars, people! That's under a million per parking place. The listing notes that the house is available for leasing too, but doesn't have a price.
