Well, thanks for that helpful information! It's also frightening that this is the best, and only, picture of the one bedroom, one bath condo. And the sales history is also suspicious. The place was first sold in 1991 for $125,000, then again in 1995 for $90,000, in 1996 for $62,000, in 2002 for $4,000, in 2005 for $5,000, then again in 2007 for a whopping $613,636. WTF? Seriously, WTF? The sales history has now reduced our ability to comment coherently. And yes, it seems to be passing back and forth among the same few owners. Today's listing price: $195,000.
