More evidence that Venice is fairly recession-proof when it comes to the real estate market: That Marmol Radziner Prefab-designed home on Palms sold for $2.1 million on June 30th, confirms architect Leo Marmol. You'll recall that it was built in June 2008, and then listed at $2.795 million in January 2009. Meanwhile, that Marmol Radziner Prefab-designed home in Desert Hot Springs continues to get absolutely no love at all.
