The Vue in West Hollywood, a slim project rising on a hill along San Vicente Blvd, has been on the market for about two months, but the project only recently got its certificate of occupancy, so buyers can move on in if they are inclined to drop $1.189 million for a 1,709-square feet three-bedroom. The units range from 1,709-1,830 square feet; all the units are three bedrooms, two and half baths, and the most expensive unit is $1.299 million. The sales rep tells us that there have been no pricechops to date, and that one of the units is in escrow. Observations: On the upside, there is plenty within walking distance, and the units have tall ceilings in the living room area and a roof deck for each unit; on the downside, the cheap-looking railing in the stairwell, and the flooring--waxy-looking dark wood-like material or perhaps it even was wood--failed to impress.
