Culver Centrale Opens in November, Floorplan Porn is Here Now

New, 29 comments

Remember those frustratingly intriguing scaffolding posters at 9900 Culver Boulevard? Well, here's your big rendering and floorplan reveal: mixed-use Culver Centrale recently opened for hardhat tours and will officially debut in November. The project from developers Runyon Partners includes 18 condos and 5,500 square feet of retail (no tenants announced yet). The residences average 1,800 square feet and come in six floorplans. Prices should start in the $700,000s.

SPF:architects designed the building and Hammer & Schmidt Design did the interior work. No pool, but there are yoga and cardio studios and an outdoor screening area (Enjoy Bicycle Thieves!). And the project's promotional material has a design note for you: "The entire building is designed with the Modern Con Classico design aesthetic in mind. Modern Con Classico is a phrase created specifically for this project. The residences take classic design ideals like balance and harmony and interpret them in a modern way; emphasizing light, warmth, and quality above all else."
