The latest news from our street and store-obsessed sibling, Racked LA...

LOS ANGELES: Finally you'll have the right clothes for your Thriller reenactments. The Today Show reveals the collection Michael Jackson was working on with Christian Audigier before he died. From Racked: "Jackson approved all of the 100+ items in the collection before he died, which include a bandleader tee, a rhinestoned glove and pair of socks, and even an umbrella."

DOWNTOWN: The first ever Downtown LA Fashion Walk happens today (it's like Art Walk, but for fashion). Get in your car now to see the hat exhibition at the Spring Arts Tower and shop the multi-designer sale at the Pacific Electric Building.

BEVERLY HILLS: The building Hugo Boss rents on Rodeo Drive just sold for $28 million, in what the LA Times calls "one of the highest per-square-foot prices paid for commercial real estate since the recession began." The building was sold by Spanish porcelain figurine maker Lladro to Hong Kong's Allied Golden. Beverly Hills real estate sure gets weird sometimes.
