The opening for the Coop Himmelb(l)au designed Central Los Angeles High School #9 (aka Buck Rogers High) is just three weeks away. Sure, LA Times architecture critic Christopher Hawthorne isn't a big fan of the building - it's kind of too expensive and inaccessible - but the real test will come when the students arrive and begin learning, or dancing, or whatever they do at performing arts schools. Please enjoy our selection of new and up-close (and sort of inside) photos of the school.
