Spotted on South Robertson Blvd.—between Olympic and Pico—these "SORO" street banners, courtesy of the South Robertson Neighborhood Council. On the SORO website, the SRNC attempts to take ownership of the mini-district, which we've previously heard described as "Beverly Hills Adjacent," "Pico-Robertson," and "That Hassidic area." A neat effort of the neighborhood council is "SORO Walks at 7," which encourages residents to get out and log some miles on their pedometer everyday. There's also a map on the site which defines SORO's borders (roughly La Cienega and Beverwil, and the 10 and Whitworth). [SORONC]
