Last month, we met the Mews, that under-construction Atwater Village new development that's offering 23 single family homes. Townhomes are the new home, it seems, or the former condo. But are townhomes like tapas--just as expensive, but not as filling as a real meal? Regardless, prices were released (well, for the smallest units): These are all 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths, ranging in size from 1,530 to 1,600 square feet. According to the release, the 1,600 square foot homes will start at $589,000 or $368 per square foot. Perhaps this pricing information will be of interest to that Los Feliz vs. Atwater Village buyer.
