This cream-colored, nine-unit condo project at 5525 W. Olympic is now swathed in a giant sign that exclaims the development is now 70 percent sold. Good for you, Olympic Blvd. But the neighbor at 944 S. Dunsmuir Avenue that sits right next to the development, a three-bedroom, three-bath Tudor, is not having such good luck--the property is now boasting a "leasing option" sign. We made up a story that the Tudor, now asking $685,000, put itself on the market to get away from the condo project, but that's probably just fiction. Indeed, the listing notes the sale is "probate without court confirmation." But the listing for the Tudor also notes: "Each bedroom has its own bath." Now that's dreamy.
