It's been a while since a Wallace Neff home has hit the MLS. Or something once owned by Madonna. Fortunately, today we have a twofer. Los Pavoreales, designed by Neff in 1926, is a five-bedroom, five-bath "celebrity compound" that also features "rolling lawns, play house, and an ascending garden with spectacular city views." There's a separate guest house with two bedroom, two baths and a kitchen. According to the Real Estalker, the house is currently owned by former child star turned TV producer Rachel Sweet, who bought the house in August 2005 from Married with Children star Katey Sagal for $5.510 million. Sagal had purchased the house from actress and Scientologist Jenna Elfman in August 2004 for $4.7 million, who had in turn purchased it from Madonna in Nov 2000 for $4 million. That is a lot of celebrity flipping. Madonna paid a mere $2.69 million in August 1996. Today's asking price: $9.995 million.
