For anyone who rides the rails of Los Angeles, you might have noticed that the train maps have been recently swapped out to represent the new Gold Line extension into Little Tokyo, Boyle Heights, and East LA. Problem is, the new six-mile line isn't open yet (and they don't even have a date set for the ribbon-cutting). Might it be confusing for a tourist or uninformed traveler who decides they want to see what a Mariachi Plaza is or what our Arts District consists of? [Metro]
