The so-called "City of Industry bill," which would have extended the life of redevelopment agencies and hence, helped the financials of developer Ed Roski Jr.'s proposed NFL stadium, seems to have been pulled from the proposed budget at the last minute and it's not clear if it's in the final (now signed) budget, reports the Whittier Daily News.
