PriceChopper: Elleven Penthouse Is Still Kicking Around

New, 9 comments

When it hit the market in February 2008 for $2.799 million, this 3,145-square foot penthouse in downtown's Elleven was the most expensive re-sell to hit the market. As you will recall, the owner bought it in 2007 for $1.86 million, and these furnishings (pictured) cost at least $400,000. A cursory search doesn't show any higher downtown re-sales have hit the market since, so it looks like this seller still holds the record. But he/she is headed towards the original buy price as the home has just dropped to $1.99 million.
