As they threatened to do, a group of West LA homeowners have filed suit against the city over the Museum of Tolerance's planned expansion on Pico, a move that comes after the city council approved the project earlier this year, reports the Los Angeles Times. Via the Times: "According to the opponents group, representatives from the museum, the homeowners group and the office of Councilman Paul Koretz met early this week to discuss a compromise."
