A huge chunk of the historic Culver Studios near Venice and Robertson will soon be available for the renting, reports Variety. The 60,000 square feet space, which includes the mansion seen at the beginning of Gone With the Wind (not Tara, no) is available now that 140 Sony employees are vacating the Culver Studios and moving to the Sony lot where work's being completed on two new buildings—constructed according to LEED guidelines of the U.S. Green Building Council.
