New to Market: Pimping out Case Study on Woodrow Wilson

New, 8 comments

Designed in 1954 by Dutch architect John Sjoberg, this three-bedroom, three-bath home on Woodrow Wilson Drive has hit the market for $1.795 million. Back in 2003, designer David Norbury and owner of this home did an interview with Interior Design magazine: "When I moved in, I was all about fixing this, doing that, changing this, changing that. But a very smart contractor told me I should live here for six months first. In the end, I didn't do anything." The listing is trying to pimp it out a Case Study-style, but that'll be up to you decide. Also: Bali?
