On the Racked: Christopher Guy in Beverly Hills, No Circuit City Tenant, Conan in Crenshaw

And the latest news from our storefront and street-obsessed sister Racked LA....

BEVERLY HILLS: What retail slowdown? Here's what 9699 Wishire looks like now, and above is what it'll eventually look like. Forthcoming: Furniture designer Christopher Guy—whose clients include Donna Karan and Steve Wynn, will open his store in July.

SILVER LAKE: Despite all the excitement generated by the news (which came from the real estate agent repping the project) that developer CIM had found a tenant for the former Sunset Boulevard Circuit City property, it doesn't look like it's happening. Via a tipster who is working with the company: "CIM does own the property but they do not currently have a tenant signed for it. It is currently on the market for Lease or Sale."

CRENSHAW DISTRICT: New "Tonight Show" host Conan O'Brien went on a shopping trip to Rodeo Road in the Crenshaw District—Rodeo Drive being a little too pricey for the network. Lots of shirtless and pantless shots included. And the very amusing video is here. Welcome to LA.
