Are we crazy or does this actually seem like its a pretty good deal? When Rudolph Schindler's Buck Residence first announced it was available for rent we thought the monthly rent, at $5,000, was almost fair (not cheap, but fair), considering it's one of Schindler's more meticulously restored homes. Given the softness in the market, (and that two other Schindler rentals have lingered and another might be a teardown) it's not surprising the price has dropped quickly. New monthly rent:
$4,500.
