Numerous sources are saying that NoHo 14, that condo turned rental building in North Hollywood is in early beginning of the foreclosure process. The project has a long and troubled history ranging from work stoppages to move-in delays. The project started construction in January 2004, and opened in 2008, three years behind schedule, according to an older San Fernando Valley Business Journal article. NoHo 14's developer, North Hollywood-based JSM Companies didn't return calls.
