Used to be you could walk down the street, stare at your feet, and have a quiet moment in your head. Times are a'changing--Blogdowntown reports that more possibly-illegal advertising has been discovered on Downtown streets (last year saw stickers plastered over our stomping grounds). The ads are for Audi (guess Downtown really is gentrifying), and the funny thing is that they're actually stencils where the streets were cleaned through the cut-outs (guess Downtown's sidewalks are really filthy). This latest ad tactic follows the great sidewalk Los Angeles County Museum of Art debacle. [Blogdowntown]
