Development Du Jour: West Hollywood's 8265 Fountain

New, 15 comments

A seven-unit new development has cropped up at 8265 Fountain, offering condos priced from $745,000 (for a 1,321-square foot two bedroom) to $1.75 million. Notably, none of the units (nearly all are two-bedrooms) share side walls, explains real estate agent Brian Mazurkiewicz, so your condo-living will feel slightly less condo-like. The project was designed by architect Michael Bobrow and designed by Julia Thomas, and here's some more via the description: "Seven elegantly designed, eco-friendly new condominium homes for sophisticated living in the historic Fountain Avenue district of West Hollywood....The attention to detail and master craftsmanship make these homes truly unique...Building is pre-wired for cable & high-speed internet access. Close to shopping, restaurants and Sunset Strip." Sadly, there aren't any amenities.
