It was back in January that this R.M. Schindler-designed home hit the market for $995,000, and if there was a bit of worry over the agent's description of the Woodland Hills home as a "modern ruin," the seven-bedroom, four-bath residence seemed like a decent restoration project for the right buyer. One significant price chop later, and the home has officially entered tear-down territory. "We're trying to save the house, obviously, but $695,000 is getting pretty close to land value," listing agent Brian Linder writes in an email. "Most folks out there see this house as a tear-down." You can see more dated photos of the house here.
