If you can't afford that $15 million Frank Lloyd Wright home, how about a short sale designed by the son? The younger Wright, who oversaw construction of numerous of his father's projects, including the Ennis House, designed this home, a short sale listing on Selkirk Lane, is asking $699,000. Deasy & Penner's Geoff Clark says that while the home isn't particularly well known, the current owners did quite a bit of restoration work (meaning you won't have to). More via the listing: "A study in form and light, the Hearn House has been sensitively renovated by its current owners. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac off Beverly Glen and fringed by canyon foliage."
