An architect friend recently pointed out that one puzzling design element to the new Ritz-Carlton and Marriott building in downtown is that the structure doesn't appear to have a pattern on the glass. A rep for the architecture firm Gensler, which did the building, wasn't able to immediately provide a definitive answer whether there is a pattern to be found. What does it mean, Gensler?
