One of the founders of Bar Lubitsch is behind the The Roger Room, a very hush-hush speakeasy-style bar at the corner of La Cienega and Oakwood (the old site of Coronet Pub), but it's not clear if the neighbors are embracing the old-timey drinking hole theme. Via comments on Eater LA: "[The owners] asked everyone to stay quiet because they are dealing with difficulties with their neighbors and don't want to draw attention to themselves until they have resolved the problems."
